Shipping & Delivery info
Due to the volume of freight in the rural network we are having trouble delivering orders in reasonable timeframes. Unfortunately this has resulted in some orders being wasted due to spoilage. We have therefore had to temporarily suspend our Rural Home Delivery Service. However, we can deliver to a drop point near you.

We can deliver next day to the drop point and there is tracking on the parcel from collection until delivery.
We're sorry to have to change the service for many of our existing customers, however we will re-introduce rural home deliveries as soon as possible.
For all our non-rural customers, please see below for our normal door-to-door service.
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. For same-day dispatch we need to have your order (including payment) before 9.00AM
We use NZ Couriers for delivery, this is NOT a chilled service, to keep your meat safe and cold we use special insulated boxes and ice packs. The ice packs and insulation are re-usable, the boxes are cardboard and can be recycled or re-used.
Once your order is collected from us, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking info. Not applicable to Hawke's Bay deliveries, for these we have a chilled local delivery service.
The courier will deliver your meat even if you're not home and leave it in a sensible place. Please supply any special instructions to make it easier for the delivery team. Once delivered it is the responsibility of the purchaser to chill or freeze your meat as soon as possible.
If parcels are lost or delivered unreasonably late, we will offer either a replacement order or a full refund.
