As you add or remove items from your Parcel you will notice the total price for the order changes. This total includes GST and will be charged to your card when you press ‘ORDER’
Your Parcel will be delivered to the address you supplied. It will arrive chilled, in an insulated carton and will be left at your address even if no-one is available to accept it. It is your responsibility to ensure your Parcel is refrigerated as soon as possible following delivery.
If there is a delay with your order we will communicate this to you as soon as we are able. If we cannot deliver your Parcel within 7 days of the initial delivery date we will offer you a full refund. In the unlikely event that a Parcel goes missing. We will offer you a replacement as soon as possible or a refund, whichever you prefer.
We have endeavoured to make the description of the available items as comprehensive as possible. If any item delivered is not as described at the time selection we will do what we can to put this right. If no arrangement can be agreed upon we will refund the unsatisfactory item.
All items are supplied weighing at least the advertised weight. In some cases items may be significantly heavier than the advertised weight.
Your meat should be kept below 4°C in order to remain safe to eat. All items will be delivered to you with a minimum best before date of 8 days. You should cook or freeze items prior to the date printed on each label. Please cook your meat thoroughly before consuming.
